Our experienced fitters install made to measure screens, designed to meet the needs of the commercial caterer.  Our products have been designed and developed to take the hard knocks and heavy wear associated with industrial and commercial use.  Our work conforms to the requirements of the Food Safety Acts and doors comply with all fire regulations.  Alternatively we can supply ready assembled units or component parts.

All fly screens are powder coated aluminium, the standard colours are white and brown. If required they can be powder coated a colour of your choice. They can be cleaned with a domestic cream cleaner as and when required.

Hinged Fly Screens
- Our fly screens have mitred corners and a flat smooth face that make them unobtrusive and easy to clean. With the aid of specially tailored sub-frames this screen can be fitted over many different types of windows and openings.

Each screen has a built in nylon brush pile in the back that crushes against every surface to form the perfect seal, allowing only fresh air in.

Also available in a kit.

Sliding Screens  - Two independently moving screens slide along a sturdy aluminium outer framework to form a perfect seal, whilst allowing easy access to windows.

All sliding screens are aluminium framed and have been designed specifically for industrial and commercial use. Each sliding screen has mitred
corners and a flat smooth face that make it unobtrusive and easy to clean.

Our sliding screens can be fitted on the internal face of the wall, on the corner of the window reveal or sit inside the window reveal to suit individual requirements.

Centre Pivot Windows - Two powder coated aluminium framed insect screens are used to screen this type of application when the opening handle is situated at the top of the window.

One screen is secured to the top half of the window externally while the other is secured to the bottom half internally; the window opens normally between the two screens.

When a handle is situated at the bottom, it must be replaced with a chain winder to adopt the above configuration.

Our screens and winders are powder coated and are available in white and brown. They can be cleaned with a domestic cream cleaner as and when required.

Canopy Box - This purpose made aluminium box has been designed to secure to the external face of the window or the face of the stonework.

It is ideal for covering louvers and centre pivot windows.

A hinged or semi-permanently fixed fly screen is fitted to the external face of the box, this allows ventilation in, whilst keeping unwanted airborne pests out.

The window opens inside the box; the operation and access to the window are unaffected. The standard depth of our box is 200mm or 300mm.

Chain Winder - This unique lockable fly screen device is ideal for opening low-level top or side-hinged windows.

When the handle is turned the chain winder sends out a specially designed chain that opens the window.

The specially adapted aluminium framed fly screen allows the winder to open the window without the inconvenience of having to removing the screen
.

Flexi-con System - A unique operating system designed for opening high or awkward windows over two meters high.

A conveniently placed handle turns a worm drive inside a decorative metal sleeve. This connects to a specially adapted winder that is in turn fixed to the window opening.

When the handle is turned the window opens. Under certain conditions it is possible to
connect and open up to four windows from one operating handle.

Heavy Duty Door - These top of the range screen doors have been the industries first choice for many years, used where frequent heavy use is a normal activity.

The screen doors have a decorative protective grille that protects the stainless steel mesh from being kicked or punched out.

Each mitred corner is held together with a strong metal key that has been double riveted for maximum strength.

Screen doors can be fitted over wooden, PVC and metal doors, a sub-frame is sometimes fitted to avoid the screen door fowling the existing door or furniture.

Heavy Duty Door with 2-way Swing Hinge - This all aluminium two way screen door has been designed to conform to fire legislation whilst working effectively in front of a fire exit, supplied in standard or heavy-duty variety this door operates smoothly in both directions before coming to rest within its own sub-frame, to make a perfect seal.

This type of screen door is purpose made to suit a particular opening, it will strike any crash bar or panic pad and open a fire door.

These doors are permanent fixtures and cannot easily be removed.

Standard Door Screen - This 'all aluminium' door screen is ideal for use on domestic or small industrial premises that do not receive frequent or heavy traffic. The mitred corners are held together with strong metal keys that are riveted for extra strength.

Door Screens can be fitted over wooden, PVC and metal doors, a sub-frame is sometimes fitted to avoid the screen door fowling the existing door or furniture. Every door comes complete with its own self closer.

Our standard door screen is fitted with charcoal coloured fibre-glass mesh as standard, however, a variety of mesh materials and weave sizes can be fitted to suit individual requirements.

Patio Screen Door - A single-track sub-frame is secured permanently to the internal face of the existing patio frame; a single sliding screen slides across the opening to form a perfect seal.

The patio door screen framework is constructed from a heavier sturdier section that is able to support a larger meshed area.

Double sliding patio door screens are available for fixing externally to cover the whole of the patio door area.

The size and position of the patio door handle will determine whether a single or double sliding system is required.

Chain Link Curtain - Our chain link curtain screens are ideal for the front or rear entrances; the chain door screen is the cheapest method available for covering a door opening.

Individual lengths of aluminium chain hang down from a top track.

Also available in a kit.

Mesh Curtain - This flexible mesh curtain is made up from individual 200mm wide tough polyester strips. Each strip is held straight with a thick soft rubber weight.

Strips are hooked onto a stainless steel top track and hang down to approximately 25mm from the floor making removal at the end of the day a simple task.

The mesh curtain is the cheaper alternative to a screen door and is ideally suited to the rear openings of the smaller shop or business.

We recommended you use the mesh curtain for openings up to 2100 x 2100mm only because of the problems associated with windy areas.
