 All items supplied by CHS Ltd are guaranteed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty, it is the manufacturer not CHS Ltd who provides the warranty.

If the item has proved to be defective within the duration of the manufacturer's warranty  we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to rectify the problem in accordance with their terms and conditions.

All manufacturer's warranties apply to normal wear and tear and exclude damage or misuse. Where an engineer is required to visit site this will be undertaken from Monday to Friday during normal working hours (09.00 to 17.00). Prior to engineers attanding site we'll require up to £250.00 deposit to cover costs that may not be down to warranty, this will be refunded if there are no excess charges from the manufacturers

Any gas or electrical equipment must be installed in accordance to the manufacturer's instructions and abide to the relevant legislation, where engineers arrive on site to find the equipment has been incorrectly installed it will not be repaired until the installation has been undertaken correctly and you will be invoiced for the additional call out. 

Where an engineer is called out under warranty and the fault is found to be caused through either misuse or abuse or we cannot gain acccess at the agreed time the buyer may incur further charges. 

Manufacturer's warranties will not cover, electric bulbs, hard water scaling to steam appliances like water boilers or steamers or items that have been shipped outside the UK mainland.

Where you have purchased items with a parts only warranty there will be additional costs incurred for the labour element of any call out therefore £250 deposit will be required prior to us attending site, the remaining balance from the costs incurred to ourselves will be refunded after the service call.
